Candidates should demonstrate a passion for interactive content development and have a track record of pushing technological limits. Proven technical facility with object-oriented Flash development and experience marrying compelling interfaces with dynamic data is required. You must be a good communicator, comfortable following directions, and able to produce exceptional programming within the constraints of short deadlines.

• Object Oriented programming (ActionScript 2 is a must, C#/AS3/Flex 2 a big plus)
• Interactive development workflow, from design to quality assurance
• Developing dynamic, data-driven interactive experiences
• PHP, Perl, Ruby or similar scripting languages
• Combining Flash with other technologies and excelling at working within its constraints
• Developing code to realize information structure, user interface, and visual design
