Historical imagery and animations unveil the people, places, and events that shaped Santa Monica’s past in this playful and engaging Web site.

The Annenberg Community Beach House sits on beachfront property with a colorful past. In this Web site, 415 Pacific Coast Highway becomes the stage upon which the stories of Santa Monica Beach and the Beach House unfold. Five scenes delve into Santa Monica’s history with playful animations and historic imagery, challenging visitors to explore and discover items on the beach. With each find, visitors can view related imagery and captions that speak to that part of Santa Monica history.
