Suspended in a parachute harness, visitors experience a smoke jumper’s descent through parachute controls connected to a video screen.
Visitors to the Discovery Museum can simulate the experience of being a smoke jumper. An engaging attract video and informative instructions prepare visitors to jump out of a plane under difficult conditions. Using parachute controls attached to the harness in which they are suspended, visitors navigate themselves to a safe landing as they make their descent.
